1. The Master says, “The world’s the field,”
To those who dare to do,
“The grain is ripe, a plenteous yield,
But laborers are few.”

Reapers, reapers, hear the Master’s call,
Reapers, reapers, there is work for all;
Go ye forth with weeping, sow and gather in,
Ye shall come rejoicing with the souls you win.
2. Pray ye the Lord of all the earth
To thrust the reapers in,
And save the sheaves of priceless worth
From out of the flames of sin.
3. Then go ye into all the world,
Nor halt your onward round
Until the gospel flag’s unfurled
Wherever man is found.
